“Find Your Calm” through a stress & anxiety reset

Life moves fast, and stress can feel overwhelming. This course is here to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner calm. You’ll build a personal toolkit to manage stress more effectively, feel calmer and more centered, and, be fully present in your daily life. Through gentle, practical practices, you’ll discover ways to settle the mind and soothe the body so you can move through life with more ease including:
• Mindfulness & Meditation – simple practices to anchor you in the present
• EFT (Tapping) – ease anxiety and shift emotional patterns
• Movement & Breathwork – release tension and reset your energy
• Calming strategies for everyday life – tools you can lean on anytime

 

This is your space to slow down, recharge, and find balance—one breath at a time.

About your tutor: Nicola Shannon

Nicola discovered mindfulness, meditation, and self-care during a challenging time in her life, finding relief from anxiety through Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Although she believes that true wellness comes from within, she also values traditional approaches like therapy and medication, emphasing that “all methods can complement each other”.

Nicola’s background is in the pharmacy industry where she worked for almost twenty years, and feels that this gave her a deep insight into the everyday stresses that people face. She is a fully qualified MBSR teacher, Reiki Master, EFT practitioner, Movement Is Medicine facilitator, and Wellness for Kids practitioner and is trained to teach mindfulness and meditation to both adults and children.
