About your tutor: Alex Delogu

The course is taught by Alex, who has been teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong in Dublin for over ten years. Alex began his training in 2003 under the guidance of Jan Golden, founder of Tai Chi Ireland, completing a dedicated apprenticeship before going on to teach public and private classes and workshops throughout Dublin.
Alex also leads an ongoing Tai Chi programme at the Central Mental Hospital, where his patient and supportive teaching style has helped people from a wide range of backgrounds experience the benefits of mindful movement.
Alongside his work as a movement teacher, Alex is a practising psychotherapist, lecturer, and semi-professional musician. His broad professional experience brings a thoughtful and holistic approach to every class, creating a welcoming environment where students can learn at their own pace.
